A black and white clown face stitched in dark thread on shimmery white glitter vinyl, with a tiny black hat and a wide painted grin. The spooky clown is repeated across the uncut sheet.
Each set includes 4 uncut felties stitched on Glitter Vinyl.
Try it on badge reels and lanyards for horror fans, or use it to top hair bows and headbands for Halloween crafts.
