A rootin tootin ghost in a brown cowboy hat flashes double peace signs on white glitter vinyl. The western spirit wears boots and a big grin made for howdy Halloween fun.
Each set includes 4 uncut felties. Stitched on glitter vinyl and backed with felt. Each feltie measures 1.57'' x 1.77''.
Try them on cowboy Halloween bows, fall shirts, or party favors. They could top hair clips or badge reels.
